I am a servant of the plant and a conduit for her message. And yes, GROW is my REAL last name!

Hello there! I'm Liz Grow, the Co-founder and CEO of Grow House Media, where we passionately serve the Cannabis and Hemp universe. In my role, I've been not just a leader but a catalyst in the industry. I launched GROW HOUSE on High Times TV back in 2018 with my talented hubby Patrick Pope, and fast forward to 2022, I was the face and voice behind "Calling All Growers" on Pro Cannabis Media, bringing insights from America's top cannabis cultivators and genetics geniuses right to your screens.

In February 2022, I launched the Feminized Podcast, a game-changing platform where I engage with the most influential women in cannabis. We dive into real talk about the business, culture, challenges, and future of cannabis from a woman's perspective. If you’re into deep wisdom mixed with relatable, shocking, and sometime hilarious stories of the cannabis industry, this podcast is for you!

Under my leadership, Grow House Media has become Texas' leading voice for cannabis advocacy and activism. Through engaging digital campaigns, community-focused events, and social justice initiatives, we've been stirring the pot (in the best way possible) in the Lone Star State. We are involved with The Texas Hemp Summit, Texas NORML, and other Texas advocacy groups and you’ll find us at the capitol knocking on doors and lobbying for votes when Texas is in session!

In 2023, we repeated our epic Last Prisoner Project SXSW party, which was a smashing success! It was a star-studded affair with notable attendees like Dasheeda Dawson, New York's trailblazing cannabis Czar; Mary Bailey, the dynamic exec director of the Last Prisoner Project; Stephanie Shepard, another powerhouse from the Last Prisoner Project; legal cannabis pioneer Andrew DeAngelo; M1 of the iconic 90’s rap group Dead Prez; and Jae Graham, the founder of the beloved Texas dispensary MARYJAE. It was an event that truly exemplified the spirit of collaboration and progress in the cannabis industry.

Our journey started in 2018 with a vision to enlighten a mainstream, canna-suspicious audience about the wonders of cannabis. From the GROW HOUSE show to the BIG TEXAS HEMP docu-series and pioneering The Taste of Texas Hemp Cup, Grow House Media has been breaking barriers and cultivating awareness from the beginning. Our commitment to social change continues strong, as we champion nonprofits like The Last Prisoner Project and plan even more impactful events for the future.

If I’m not on set or working with clients, you can find me at the gym, the yoga studio, or on the trail with my husband Patrick.
